How to pay

Payment can be made by credit or debit card. Your invoice will be emailed or messaged to you once your booking request is accepted and scheduled. Pay pal is also available. I also accept cash payment in advance.

A full refund will be given if a treatment or course is cancelled by Untie The String.

I understand that plans change and life can be full of the unexpected. If you change your treatment time with 48 hours’ notice your appointment will be rescheduled without charge. Less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation/rescheduling fee.

A non refundable deposit is required to register for courses and places are non transferable. Less than 4 weeks notice will incur a 20% late cancellation fee.

In case of late arrival, your treatment time can be extended by up to 15 minutes without charge. The pro rata for healing is £47 an hour.

How to Pay

You will receive an invoice after I have confirmed your booking with you. This will be by phone, text or email via my FreshBooks accounting service. Your invoice will have the option to pay by credit or debit card.

After you receive your invoice, you can also use the link below to reach a secure payment facility within PayPal. When you get to PayPal via this link, just click the word ‘send’ written in blue below my PayPal photo/bio to send money. You will need to add your Invoice Number as your Payment Reference.
