How to pay

Payment can be made by BACS or credit or debit card. Pay pal is also available. See below for details. I also offer treatment exchanges.

I understand that plans change and life can be full of the unexpected. If you change your treatment time with 48 hours’ notice your appointment will be rescheduled without charge.

Less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation/rescheduling fee.

A full refund will be given if a treatment or course is cancelled by Untie The String.

A non refundable deposit is requested to register for courses and full payment is required 4 weeks before the start date.

The course will be cancelled If less than 2 people have paid four weeks before the course. A full refund will be given in this case.

How to Pay

You will receive an invoice after I have confirmed your booking with you. This will be by phone, text or email via my FreshBooks accounting service. Your invoice will have options to pay by BACS or credit or debit card.

You can use the link below to reach a secure payment facility within PayPal. When you get to paypal via this link, just click the word ‘send’ written in blue below my PayPal photo/bio to send money. You can add your Invoice Number as your Payment Reference.
