How to book a treatment

Please text 07966 987447 or you can use the contact form here. Payment is in advance. As soon as we have agreed your treatment time, you will receive a booking information email and an invoice. Payment confirms your booking.

How to book events

Please book all spiritually curious community events (Reiki Share Group, Breathwork Journey Events, Practitioner Gatherings and Mediumship Friends Circles) through the events calendar. Payment is in advance by credit or debit card when booking your place. Discounts are available for early booking. If an event shows on the calendar as password required, this means it is a private group and only members will have the password.

How to book a Reiki Course

Please do get in touch via the contact form to request a chat about the course. I will gladly answer all your questions before you register and I will give you a password to book a discounted treatment before the Level One Reiki course begins.

Terms and Conditions

A full refund will be given if a treatment or course is cancelled by Untie The String.

Treatments: If you change your treatment time with 48 hours’ notice your appointment will be rescheduled without charge. In case of late arrival, your treatment time can be extended by up to 15 minutes without charge. The pro rata for extra healing time is £50 an hour. All prices are listed on the welcome page.

Reiki Courses: Because places are limited to 4 people per course, a non refundable deposit is required and your place is non transferable. Less than 4 weeks’ notice of cancellation will incur a 20% late cancellation fee in addition to the non refundable deposit.
